Phantom Manor – 1:55 Scale Interactive Model (Disneyland Paris)

1:55 scale physical model of Phantom Manor (Disneyland Paris) — 6-month commissioned project.

Fully interactive lighting controlled by a custom iOS/Android app I built (50+ individually addressable LEDs, 12 lighting “scenes” including lightning, moonlight, and sunrise).

Modeled in Fusion 360 → 3D printed (Anycubic Photon/Snapmaker A350) → hand-painted and weathered → ItsyBitsy lighting rig.

The goal: capture the real manor’s eerie mood in a shelf-sized package that reacts like the real ride.

Tools: Fusion 360, AnyCubic resin printer, Snapmaker FDM Printer, Tamiya paints, ItsyBitsy Board.
